This policy explains what personal data QUO Energy ("QUO") collects through quo.energy and the app (app.quo.energy), what it is used for, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
Account data: email address, username, password (stored encrypted) and, if you fill them in, avatar, year of birth, location and vehicle.
App usage data: charger status reports, reviews, photos, charging sessions you log, charger requests and Club points.
Location: only if you grant permission on your device, to show nearby chargers and plan routes.
Technical and browsing data: device type, browser, pages visited and usage events, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
3. What we use it for
To create and manage your account, show you the map and charger status, run the Club and rewards, answer your enquiries, improve the service and decide where new charging infrastructure is needed.
We may send you service communications. Promotional communications can be turned off at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that deliver services to us (hosting, file storage, analytics and email delivery), who process it on our behalf, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Rankings and the content you publish (reviews, photos, reports) show only your username and avatar.
Some providers may host data outside Argentina. In those cases we require adequate levels of protection.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update and request deletion of your data by writing to [email protected], under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.
7. Cookies
We use cookies required for the site to work (for example, remembering your language and keeping you signed in) and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block them in your browser settings.
8. Minors
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
