Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of quo.energy and the QUO Energy ("QUO") app. By using the site or creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

QUO offers a map of electric vehicle charging points from different networks, route planning tools, a driver community and a rewards programme (the Club).

The renders and descriptions of EV HUBs and other formats shown on the site are conceptual: they show projects under development and are neither an offer nor a commitment to a timeline.

2. Third-party charger information

Most chargers on the map are operated by third parties. Location, power, availability and status are shown for information only, based on network data and community reports, and may be out of date.

QUO does not guarantee the availability or operation of chargers it does not operate. Plan your trips with a margin.

3. Your account

Some features require you to register with accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.

4. Content you publish

Reports, reviews and photos you upload must be truthful, your own and respectful. Illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is not allowed.

You keep ownership of your content and grant QUO a free, non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. QUO may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms.

5. Club and rewards

Points have no monetary value, are not transferable and can only be redeemed for the products available in the store, subject to stock. QUO may change the programme rules, levels and rewards, and cancel points obtained fraudulently.

6. Intellectual property

The QUO brand, the site, the app and their contents belong to QUO or its licensors. Charging network brands belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, QUO is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate third-party information, an unavailable charger or service interruptions. Nothing here limits the rights granted to you by Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.

8. Changes and cancellation

We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page. You can close your account whenever you want. QUO may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any questions, write to [email protected].
